Pop and R&B artist, SAAKB, recently released his new single Move Until You’re Numb. Co-produced by SAAKB himself and Seoul, Korea based producer Noden of Mixtape Seoul, the track is a blend of energetic and positive vibes that will be sure to pull listeners out onto the dance floor. SAAKB spoke with The Fountain about the new track as well as their mantra for creating exciting music.

TF: You have a new single out, what has the reception been like to Move Until You’re Numb?

It’s been great! Fans seem to love it.

TF: How would you sum up the track in one sentence?

It’s a funky track that makes you wanna dance.

TF: What is your plan for the remainder of the year, after this single release?

Live more so I can write more. If I don’t live life, the music ends up being boring.

TF: Where is your favourite venue for playing live, where is the next place you look most forward to gigging?

I’m based just outside of New York, and one venue that I’ve seen a ton of great artists is Rockwood Music Hall. I haven’t had a change to perform there myself, but once COVID restrictions are lifted, I look forward to playing there (if they’ll have me).
