TF: You have a new single out, what has the reception been like to King’s Lane?
So far so good! My fans really like the song, and the lyrics really seem to get through to people, which is something I really hoped would happen, because the message I share in this song is very important to me. So it’s a really good start, and I think the next weeks are going to be very interesting too!
TF: How would you sum it up in one sentence?
It’s a powerful pop ballad filled with soul and heart, with a message of unity that came out of my desire for peace.
TF: What is your plan for the remainder of the year, after this single release?
I have other songs planned for the upcoming year and an album to be released as well. It’ll be an exciting year for sure! You can expect those late 2020 and early 2021.
TF: Where is your favourite venue for playing live, where is the next place you look most forward to gigging?
I had the chance to sing the national anthem at the Bell Centre, the Montreal Canadiens’ arena right in downtown Montreal, and it was an amazing feeling. I am really hoping I will have the opportunity to perform there again soon!
